This suite had a few problems. The old booster fan wasn’t working anymore and because of that their ceiling was leaking.
I gave them the option to repair the existing booster fan or upgrade to a new fan. They chose to upgrade their 25 year old booster fan with a heat sensor, to a modern booster fan.
I also moved the lint box to a spot that is easier for the residents to reach. The old location was unreachable.
Now that the new fan is in place, all that is left is a bit of painting to touch up were the old fan was.
I would also recommend getting the dryer duct cleaned by MAS Duct.
